Allow hot drinks to cool to a safe temperature before use. Handle the mug carefully and discontinue use if it becomes cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged.
Returns information
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the mug within a further 14 days.
Please examine the mug carefully without using it. It should be returned unused and safely packaged. A lawful deduction may be made from the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the mug’s value.
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. For a valid cancellation of the complete order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery upgrades, including express delivery, are not refundable.
If your mug arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the product and packaging while we resolve the issue.
