Sizing and incorrect-size returns

Please compare your waist measurement with the size guide and check your preferred leg length before ordering. Although the four-way stretch provides flexibility and freedom of movement, the correct size should still be selected for your intended fit.

If you order an unsuitable size or leg length and choose to return it, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels or free exchanges for incorrect size selections. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size.

Returns information

You must notify us that you wish to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the cargo pants within a further 14 days.

The cargo pants may be tried on to check their size and fit. Please do not wear them beyond what is reasonably necessary, and do not wash, mark, damage or alter them. A lawful deduction may be made from the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.

Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns. For a valid cancellation of the complete order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery upgrades, including express delivery, are not refundable.
