Sizing and incorrect-size returns
This is a fitted cap, so choosing the correct size is important. Please measure around your head and compare the measurement with the size guide before ordering.
If you order an unsuitable size and choose to return it, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels or free exchanges for incorrect size selections. You may return the original cap for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size.
Returns information
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the cap within a further 14 days.
The cap may be tried on to check its size and fit. Please do not wear it beyond what is reasonably necessary, and do not wash, mark, damage or alter it. A lawful deduction may be made from the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the cap’s value.
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns. For a valid cancellation of the complete order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery upgrades, including express delivery, are not refundable.
