Returns information
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the photo slate within a further 14 days.
Please handle the slate only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect it. It should be returned unused and securely packaged, with all supplied parts and original protective packaging where possible. A lawful deduction may be made from the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. For a valid cancellation of the complete order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery upgrades, including express delivery, are not refundable.
Products personalised with a customer’s own photograph, name, wording or artwork cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.
If your slate arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain the item and its packaging while we assess the issue.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
